How to Clear Cache and Cookies

The process for clearing your browser cache and cookies varies depending on the browser you are using. Here are some general steps that should work for most browsers:

  1. Open your browser and click on the three dots in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on “Settings” or “Options”.
  3. Scroll down to “Privacy and security” or “Privacy and services”.
  4. Click on “Clear browsing data” or “Clear data”.
  5. Select the time range for which you want to clear data.
  6. Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
  7. Click on “Clear data” or “Clear browsing data”.

Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three dots in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on “Settings”.
  3. Scroll down and click on “Privacy, search, and services”.
  4. Click on “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data”.
  5. Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
  6. Click on “Clear now”.

Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome and click on the three dots in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on “More tools”.
  3. Click on “Clear browsing data”.
  4. Select the time range for which you want to clear data.
  5. Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
  6. Click on “Clear data”.

Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox and click on the three lines in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on “Options”.
  3. Click on “Privacy & Security”.
  4. Scroll down to “Cookies and Site Data” and click on “Clear Data”.
  5. Check the boxes next to “Cookies and Site Data” and “Cached Web Content”.
  6. Click on “Clear”.
